Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you visit this site or contact Hisanah about our services.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Hisanah Privacy & Security Consulting (“Hisanah,” “we,” “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This page covers our website and initial business inquiries. A separate agreement or notice may apply if you become a client or work with us in another capacity.

Information we receive

This website has no account registration. If you use the callback form, you enter your name, email address, phone number, and service required. The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; it does not send the information to Hisanah until you review and send that message in WhatsApp. If you call or message us directly, you choose what to share, which may include your name, contact details, company, role, and inquiry. You do not need to contact us to browse the site.

Our website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to this site.

How we use information

Sharing contact details is optional, although we may need enough information to respond to you.

Who may receive it

People working with Hisanah who handle your inquiry may access relevant information. Website hosting and communications providers may process information to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

The callback form and WhatsApp link open WhatsApp. Your message is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy once you choose to send it. Your call may be handled by your telecommunications provider. These providers may process information outside Oman; please review their policies before using their services.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only while needed to respond, manage our relationship, or meet applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. We then delete it or make it anonymous when appropriate. Hosting records are subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle and limit access to people who need it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data through an initial inquiry unless we have agreed on a suitable channel.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about the information we hold about you and request access, correction, updating, deletion, or another right available under applicable law. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be kept where the law permits or requires it.

To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email ask@hisanah.net or call +968 9460 009. Please tell us that your message relates to privacy so it reaches the right person.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date above shows when this version was last updated.

This policy describes the current website and inquiry channels. Any new forms, analytics, or other data collection should be reflected here before they are introduced.
